HOW IT WORKS

The Thermage® treatment is a non-invasive procedure that uses radio-frequency energy directed into the collagen layer to heat the tissues and stimulate remodeling. The deep volumetric heating causes the skin to tighten and in addition, new healthier collagen to grow resulting in a more youthful appearance.

During the treatment the top layers of the skin are protected with a unique cooling spray to ensure minimal downtime from this deep tissue therapy. In addition, the vibrations from the patented hand-piece stimulate vibratory analgesia which contributes to your comfort.

1 treatment repeated every 6 months, with maintenance once a year.

Dr Braun Skincare Hyaluronic Acid Mask twice a day for 3 days and, as always, sunscreen.

Is it a painful treatment?

Thermage® treatments can be tolerated with over the counter pain medication however we do offer stronger medication to ensure your optimal comfort if desired.

Do I need to do anything to prepare for the treatment?

Clinical evidence indicates that skin that is well hydrated responds best to heat stimulation therefore drink lots of water in the days leading up to your appointment.

What is CPT™ on the Thermage® CPT™?
