Lisa has extensive experience working in law, business, and retail. With a bachelor degree in Law, her academic background has massively benefitted her career across different industries.

She excelled in a range of retail management leadership roles prior to joining Vancouver Laser, and providing exceptional customer experience is what she does best!

Outside of work, Lisa enjoys playing ultimate Frisbee, doing yoga, and nurturing her green companions at home.

Lini Aesthetic Consultant

Lini has been in the customer service industry for over 12 years, with 5 of them providing aesthetic consult services. We swear she carries an encyclopedia around with her all the time because she knows EVERYTHING about medical aesthetics!

Lini is replying to your WeChat messages and works closely with each client to tailor an appropriate treatment plan to achieve the best results possible, and she is thrilled when they come back in to show her their results.

The best advice Lini can offer is “Sunscreen, sunscreen, sunscreen – all the time!!!”

Though she is a little bit of a workaholic she truly loves spending time with her beautiful family, going on hikes and reading. Lini also loves bringing in home cooked meals to share with the staff!

Channa Aesthetic Consultant & Laser Technician

Channa is extremely passionate about all things skin! She graduated from Blanche Macdonald with a diploma in Esthetics in 2012, and she brings over 10 years of laser experience with advanced training on multiple modalities, including her Masters in CoolSculpting.

What she loves most about the aesthetic industry is the results we are able to achieve without surgery, the confidence we bring to our patients, and the continued education required to keep up with evolving technology.

When she is not at work, Channa loves to spend her time with her daughter and family.

Monique Team Lead & Patient Coordinator

With 9 years of experiences in office management, Monique joins the Vancouver Laser family with an extensive amount of customer service and communication skills. As one of our tri-lingual Patient Coordinators, Monique prides herself on her attention to detail – from your very first phone call and appointment scheduling, to your visit to the clinic, she strives to provide a level of excellence and ensures every guest coming in each day feels at home. She is one of the key members of our R·Medy Aesthetics team!

Education, skin care, and career advancement are the three things Monique thinks that we cannot stop pursuing as women. “Dress up like a goddess, work like a man, and live like a princess” is her approach to life.

Mikela Team Lead & Laser Technician

Mikela graduated top of her class from All Body Laser Training Institute where she received her diploma in Advanced Clinical Skin Care & Cosmetic Laser Technologies.

Having an ever-evolving passion for medical aesthetics, Mikela is extremely excited about starting her career here at the Vancouver Laser and Skin Care Centre & R·MEDYᴹᴰ Aesthetics and is grateful for their constant support and care.

Mikela enjoys traveling, spin bike classes, and cooking. On the weekend you can find her exploring new restaurants with friends or spending time with her cat Leo.

Wesley Medical Assistant

Wesley is a skin care enthusiast with a passion for medical aesthetics. Having spent 4 years in the cosmetic beauty industry educating clients about the importance of skincare, she brings to Vancouver laser the experience necessary to help all her patients understand what treatments to do to look and feel their best!

Outside of work, Wesley enjoys going to the gym and travelling around the world!

Serena Medical Assistant

Born and raised in Hong Kong, Serena graduated from the University of Hong Kong with a unique double degree in Chinese Language (Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Education). Her career journey began in media, where she wore multiple hats as a news anchor, reporter, and eventually Chief News Editor. Transitioning into the dynamic world of sales and marketing, I played a key role in senior positions for various property developers.

A move to Vancouver marked a turning point, leading Serena to follow her passion for the cosmetic industry as she has immense joy in witnessing clients leave with radiant smiles and boosted confidence. Beyond her professional endeavors, she cherishes downtime with friends, fueled by my love for exploring new restaurants as an avid foodie.

Nicole Medical Assistant (On Mat Leave)

Nicole’s passion for the beauty industry makes her a valuable addition to the RMEDY family. With over 10 years of RN experience, Nicole has the expertise necessary to make you feel comfortable and safe throughout you entire treatment. Originally from Hong Kong, Nicole is fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin. She is extremely excited to be assisting Dr. Li, and hopes to be a part of the team for many years to come.

Outside of work, she is a foodie and is always looking for good food!

Annie Clinical Injector 💉 & Nurse Practitioner

Annie brings over 5 years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner and more than 10 years in nursing, with a strong background in both primary and acute care. Originally from Taiwan, Annie is fluent in both English and Mandarin.

Annie is passionate about expanding her skills in aesthetic medicine. She is certified by the Canadian Board of Aesthetic Medicine in Botox and Fillers, as well as Skin Anatomy and Physiology. We’re thrilled to have her on board!

Lydia Registered Nurse

Lydia graduated from the University of Manitoba with her nursing degree. Her previous clinical experience includes Gynecology, Acute Medicine as well as Burns and Plastic surgery.

Although Lydia loves performing all the treatment we offer, one of her favourites is CoolSculpting. “I feel so good inside because my clients and I work together to achieve their goals.”

Lydia likes to relax and indulge in her creative side, she is a casual model so she loves getting in front of the camera. Of course, shopping with friends is high on the priority list when she has a day off too!

Leticia Laser Technician

Leticia graduated from Blanche Macdonald Centre for Global Makeup Artistry. Shortly after completing her program, she discovered her interest in aesthetics and went on to complete the Aesthetics & Spa Therapy course at Vancouver Community Centre.

Leticia worked in retail for 5 years before joining Vancouver Laser & Skin Care Centre and R.Medy. She is passionate about the beauty industry, and always aims to ensure that you have a relaxing post-care facial after your laser procedure. Leticia also has an in-depth knowledge of products and can help make recommendations based on your unique skin type and condition.

Outside of work, Leticia loves reading and spending quality time with her friends and family. She is a cat lover as well! (Even though she is super allergic)

Harman Laser Technician

Harman comes from the world of skincare, graduating Blanche Macdonald after successfully completely business school. Her passion for the science being aesthetic products and innovative technology led her to this industry. As one of our newest technicians we are proud to have her skills & mindset in our treatment rooms. On the weekends, Harman likes to cook, and spend time with her friends indulging in a binge of Netflix! This one certain likes to work hard, and relax harder!
