Sylfirm X is the latest innovation in RF micro-needling technology using repeating ultra short pulses that treat abnormal blood vessels and deeper inflammatory pigmentation. It is the only RF microneedling device approved to safely treat neovascularities like rosacea and melasma.

—Sylfirm X uses Regional Regeneration Radio Repeated Pulse (RP) microneedling to target and treat the abnormal vessels that can lead to melasma, rosacea, and other skin discolorations. With the help of many micro electrodes, an electromagnetic field of energy is created that can penetrate the dermal layer without damaging the tissue. A robotic system ensures the precise application of the evenly-layered electrodes to reach the desired depth during treatment. FAQs

Is Sylfirm X painful?: Most patients describe this treatment as comfortable with a slight tingling sensation and light pressure. A topical numbing cream is applied prior to this treatment to ensure maximum comfort levels however we know that everyone feels pain differently. To ensure that we can offer the best treatment possible, we also offer other comfort measures should you require them such as laughing gas or narcotics. If you choose to have boosted comfort measure you must arrange a safe ride home after and not operate any machinery, including a car, for 24 hours after the treatment.
How long do results last?: Everyone is different, but the collagen you make is your own and with accelerated production over three months.
Is one treatment enough?: Our recommended treatment protocol for re-texturizing fine lines, wrinkles and scarring is 6 treatments spaced 4-6 weeks apart. Some clients have seen great results from only one session but the average skin concern requires 3 treatments. Remember the rule of thumb – repair always requires more effort than prevention. While results can be seen immediately for skin tone and texture, there is improvement during each treatment with the process of collagen regeneration increasing overtime.
I have a few acne scars, can you spot treat?: We rarely spot treat our clients. If you have a few acne scars on your face we can pretty much guarantee you also have a few large pores and textural imperfections that can benefit from the treatment. We also don’t want to improve just one part of your face! We aim for an even texture and tone panfacial.
