How It Works

How can PRP improve my skin? 

The growth factors that are contained in the PRP (Platelet Rich Plasma) can help improve the look of wrinkles, fine lines while promoting the production of your own collagen to aid in volume enhancement.

Is is painful and how long does it take? 

We use topical numbing cream prior to the treatment to ensure the experience is as comfortable as possible. The whole treatment takes about 1 hour however the application of the PRP is only about 30 minutes

How long does it take to see results? 

Most clients report an improvement in the treatment area a few weeks after the treatment however the production of collagen and improvement in elastin can take up to 6 months. Sometimes good things take time!

What kind of downtime can I expect? 

As the PRP is introduced into the dermis by injection, there is always a possibility of bruising. Avoiding alcohol, aspirin and ginkgo biloba one week prior to treatment can sometimes reduce the chance of a bruise.
