Refund Conditions:
- Treatment Purchase: All unused treatments purchased at regular price are eligible for a refund within 30 days of purchase. The refunded amount will be based on the original price after any loyalty points, credits, or birthday discounts are applied.
- Discounted/Promotional Treatments: As per our policy, any treatments or credits purchased at a discounted rate are considered non-refundable. Treatments purchased at a discounted rate will expire in 12 months for non-members and in 18 months for members.
- Product Purchase: Refunds for purchases will be granted to the original payment method within a 30-day window from the date of purchase. The refunded amount will be based on the purchased price after any loyalty points, credits, or birthday discounts are applied. Products eligible for refund must be returned in their original condition, accompanied by all labels and packaging intact. Used products are not eligible for a refund.
- Online Product Purchase: Refund requests must be initiated within 30 days from the shipment date in order to be considered valid. Used products are not eligible for a refund.
- Gift Card (Clinic Credit) Purchase: The value loaded onto the card is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Please note that certain gift cards are exclusively valid at designated locations, during specified timeframes, or for specific services or store branches. In the event of loss or misplacement of a gift card, it may be challenging to recover the funds. Therefore, it is imperative to store them securely to prevent any loss. Gift cards purchased at their original, non-discounted value will not expire. However, gift cards purchased at a discounted rate with membership status will expire after 18 months.
